Chest pain reduction
Helps! My doctor prescribed me to take Femikaps for mastopathy, two capsules twice daily for three months. It’s rather expensive; however, it has been effective. I sought a more affordable option and found this oil, which has a similar dosage. I took it for three months, and my breast pain ceased to exist. After nine months, there have been no new nodes, and I plan to repeat the course to maintain the results.

Cycle regularity achieved
I have suffered from an irregular menstrual cycle my whole life, and hormonal drugs cause severe reactions. Following reviews, I decided to try evening primrose oil, hoping herbal remedies would be safe for me. Thankfully, I had no allergic reactions! After just two weeks, I began experiencing breast swelling and warmth, signs of improvement. Most unexpectedly, my menstruation arrived on the 29th day, a result I couldn't believe! Thanks to the company Solgar and everyone who shares their experiences!

Smooth skin, no pain
Excellent "female" vitaminchik! During the course, my PMS symptoms almost disappeared—no pain in the chest or swelling of the mammary glands, and mood swings vanished. My skin became smoother, with fewer wrinkles around the eyes. It appears to reduce blood viscosity, leading to more bruises during beauty treatments. I take 1300 mg capsules, as multiple gynaecologists couldn't clarify the proper dosage, so I opted for caution. In addition, I'm taking Omega-3-6-9 by Solgar. Health is paramount; I wish everyone well!

Relief from pain
It helped! I've struggled with cystic-fibrous mastopathy for years. After starting the capsules, I felt relief after just one week. I've been taking them for 2 months, along with Indol-3 Carbinol as advised by my gynaecologist. I've forgotten what swollen breasts and chest pain feel like!

PMS relief
This is my salvation from PMS! It certainly relieves the swelling of my breast, which I have tested many times. I use it regularly, usually starting 10 days prior to my period.
